Ανακοινώθηκε από το Κουβανικό Ιστιντούτο Φιλίας των Λαών το πρόγραμμα της πρωτομαγιάτικης μπριγάδας που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Κούβα από τις 21 Απρίλη έως τις 5 Μάη 2013. Αυτή η μπριγάδα θα συγκροτηθεί από διεθνιστές από χώρες της Αφρικής και την Μέσης Ανατολής και θα έχει έδρα - όπως και όλες οι διεθνιστικές μπριγάδες που επισκέπτονται την Κούβα - το Διεθνές Κάμπιγκ του ICAP" Julio Antonio Mella". Στα πλαίσια της μπριγάδας θα πραγματοποιηθεί εθελοντική εργασία στην αγροτική οικονομία, επισκέψεις και συναντήσεις και οι μπριγαδίστες θα συμμετάσχουν στην πρωτομαγιάτικη συγκέντρωση στην Πλατεία της Επανάστασης στην Αβάνα. Η ολιγοήμερη επίσκεψη στην επαρχία που κάνει κάθε μπριγάδα θα γίνει στις πόλεις Σιενφουέγος και Σάντα Κλάρα.
